Shipping & Returns
The Green Garden Shop uses Australia Post or alternative couriers to deliver orders. A shipping cost for each order is determined during the checkout process and is based on the weight and size of each parcel. Delivery times can vary depending on where you are located. We will ship internationally using Australia Post Air Mail. We cannot guarantee a delivery time as third party transport companies transport our products.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase simply return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund on PURCHASE PRICE (shipping costs are not refundable). The Green Garden Shop does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
• Products which may be defective as part of the manufacturing process or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of The Green Garden Shop. Please advise upon delivery, not down the track, when goods have been used, this will void any chance of a refund.
• Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usages.
• Orders returned as "refused" will be credited less the shipping fees and any associated costs.
